The time it takes for an inspection to be completed and a written report prepared will vary from property to property. You are encouraged to be present during the inspection so that our staff may point out critical points about the inspection to you. 

Your detailed, yet easy to read inspection report, will be available the same day of the residential home inspection. All other inspection reports are typically available within one business day of the inspection. 

Pricing will vary depending on the total structure square footage of the property.
We DO NOT price on the listing, asking, or contractual agreement price. 

We inspect residential and commercial properties. Single family homes, town houses, villas, condominiums, and mobile homes. Our inspection services are available 7 days a week!
